“I think having land and not ruining it is the most beautiful art that anybody could ever want.”
Andy Warhol

At Microtex Composites we firmly believe in the protection of our planet. That is why we adopt a series of best practices to grant environmental sustainability, in order to reduce the impact of our manufacturing processes on the environment.

How we do it?

We promote initiatives and develop increasingly eco-sustainable techniques, methods and materials.
But we don’t do it all by ourselves!
The partners in our production chain play a very important role as well.

These are our eco-friendly initiatives

  • reduction of waste and pre-consumer waste by reusing 100% of carbon fibre fabrics;
  • production of natural fabrics such as linen and hemp;
  • efficient use of resources, thanks to a 1-Megawatt photovoltaic system. 60% thereof is used for internal consumption;
  • efficient solvent management system.
    Solvents are abated through a regenerative thermal oxidizer of the latest generation, which is capable of generating heat to be re-used in the production process, so that the environmental impact is limited to a minimum;
  • partner of zero-emission mobility projects:
